- Zero Drug Tolerance: All companies are requested to brief their esteemed guests about the zero drug tolerance policy of the festival.
- Respect Local Culture: All companies are requested to brief their esteemed guests about Ziro and its locals, to respect the local sentiments & culture and maintain a profound communion with nature.
- Minimum Selling Price (MSP): 2N ₹4,000/person | 3N ₹5,500/person | 4N ₹7,000/person
- Minimum Nights: Minimum 2 nights booking.
- Special B2B Tariffs: Not to be shared with guests.
- Payment Policy: 30% advance (non-refundable). Balance at check-in.
- Date Modifications: Subject to availability (1 week prior).
- Check-In/Check-Out: 12pm / 10am.
- Transaction Policy: Balance collection only via you, not guests.
